We have started this business as both a business and hobby to help fund our studies (Phd and PostDoc) and research into different aspects of the Capsicum genus, such as the genomic, metabolomic and proteomic differences across different cultivars, and as a response of different grow methods as well.

We hope to select, cross and breed new varieties with specific beneficial characteristics and traits, and biochemical properties (especially capsaicinoids) that may be incorporated into pharmaceuticals for cancer, inflammation, fungal, bacterial, pain and weight loss treatment.
